When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, Amenities may receive information taken from your LinkedIn profile or entered directly by you.


Depending on the fields included in the form, this information may include:

  2. Your email address

  3. Your telephone number

  4. Your job title

  5. Your company or organisation

  6. Your industry or business sector

  7. Your company size

  8. Your location

  9. Your answers to questions included in the form

Amenities will only request information that is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose of the campaign.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form.


4. How the information is used


Amenities may use information submitted through LinkedIn to:

LinkedIn and some technology or cloud service providers may process or store information outside Mauritius.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, Amenities will take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected through appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards.


9. Retention of information


Amenities retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Information relating to an enquiry will normally be retained for up to twenty four months following the last meaningful interaction, unless:


  1. A business relationship is established

  2. A longer period is required for accounting, contractual, legal or regulatory purposes

  3. You have consented to continued communications

  4. You request deletion and there is no lawful reason to retain the information


LinkedIn may make Lead Gen Form data available to Amenities through its platform for up to twelve months. Amenities may securely retain a downloaded copy in accordance with the retention periods described above.

When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted, anonymised or destroyed.


10. Information security


Amenities uses reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against:


  1. Unauthorised access

  2. Accidental loss

  3. Misuse

  4. Alteration

  5. Unauthorised disclosure

  6. Destruction


Access to lead information is limited to authorised persons who require it for legitimate business purposes.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Amenities will nevertheless take reasonable measures to protect the information under its control.

Amenities does not use information submitted through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Campaign information may be used to organise enquiries, measure campaign performance or identify the services that may be relevant to a prospective client.


14. Third party websites


Amenities communications may contain links to LinkedIn, social media platforms or other websites.

These services operate under their own privacy policies. Amenities is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites operated by third parties.
